SUMMARY:
This position's purpose is to continually exceed customer expectations for quality and service in the delivery of our disaster restoration and cleaning services. To facilitate timely and profitable delivery of all services while maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

LOCATION AND HOURS:
This position reports to the corporate office, 7710 Technology Drive, Weston WI. Full-time. Monday through Friday starting around 7:30 am with occasional weekends. On-call schedule including rotating nights and weekends. 35 to 40 hours per week.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Restoration services on smoke, fire, water damage and/or other misc. damage. Quality carpet and air duct cleaning, inspection of company vehicles, checks inventory equipment assigned, removes equipment from truck for each job & other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Industry certificates from IICRC in water, fire and smoke restoration, NADCA, RIA a huge plus. Prior experience in Xactimate, Solitare, and other industry programs. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to organize, direct and control multiple activities (and perform them when necessary), exercise good business judgment in making daily operating decisions with short-term and long-term interests of the Company in mind, work effectively and cordially with a wide variety of people and situations, both pleasant and unpleasant, maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, respond effectively with time pressures, stress and rapid change . Employee must possess exceptional customer service skills. MUST have a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job including bending, reaching, lifting, loading, unloading & be able to lift 75lbs. Driver’s License is a must.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Starting wage is based on experience. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k, vacation, paid training and paid holidays.

- IICRC, NADCA or RIA Industry Certifications a plus
